- Single-Family Rental Management: $149 + HST per unit per month, flat rate (not a percentage of rent)
- Small Multi-Family Management (5 to 100 units): 7% of Effective Gross Income (EGI)
- Apartment Communities and Build-To-Rent Communities: 4% of EGI + HST monthly, plus a one-time $5,000 + HST onboarding fee per property
- Commercial Property Management (office, retail, industrial, mixed-use): 15% of additional rent; a recoverable operating expense under net leases, recovered monthly from commercial tenants, so owners often pay nothing while the property is occupied
- On-site staff: employed by KEILTY and recovered at cost, with no markup on payroll
- Resident Placement: one month's rent + HST, due only on success
- Coworking (KEILTY Coworking Kingston): Hot Desk $295/month, Dedicated Desk $425/month, Team Office Small $1,250/month (up to 3 people), Team Office Large $2,200/month (up to 6 people), additional coworkers $125/person/month subject to capacity; all plans require a one-month deposit, prices subject to HST

KEILTY Realty Management began as a student housing property management firm managing a six-bedroom house near Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario. Founded by A.J. Keilty at age 23, the company created Varsity Communities as its student housing brand. From this small beginning in 2003, KEILTY has grown into a diversified property management and real estate asset management firm operating across Eastern Ontario. The company applies hospitality strategies to residential and commercial real estate, so owners get well-run, clearly reported buildings and residents and commercial tenants get high-quality living and working environments. KEILTY manages what it owns and owns what it manages. KEILTY is also an approved franchise partner of Tommy's Express Car Wash, developing and operating modern express car washes throughout Ontario and Eastern Canada.
