People who seek out feedback and who are able to act on feedback are able to grow fast. Everyone is assigned a coach and receives a weekly 1:1 meeting to help improve their performance for the team. We are fast and frank in our feedback, so we can be quick to adapt.
Competent
We hire the most competent candidates and seek to grow their skills. We practice, practice and practice to make sure that when it comes time to preform, we reliably deliver results to each other, to our vendors, clients, and customers. Training and study are important, but competent people often find the best way to succeed is by showing up consistently, and putting in the hard work day after day.
