Plan and dates

Every office includes furniture, Wi-Fi, utilities, one free parking space, 24/7 fob access, reception and mail, the shared kitchen and 4 meeting room hours a month. All rates are monthly, plus HST.

The company that will sign the agreement and pay the monthly fee. Joining as an individual? Use your own name as the legal name.

People

Who signs, who works here, and who receives invoices. One person can fill more than one role.

Authorized signatory

The person with authority to bind the company. They receive the agreement for e-signature.

Each person gets a building fob and a member portal account.

Parking

One free on-site parking space comes with each office. Enter the licence plate for each space. You can add or change this before move-in.

Before you send

Your agreement is a Service Agreement with KEILTY Office Fund IV LP, not a lease, and becomes binding only once both parties sign. The monthly fee increases by 3% on each anniversary.
