KEILTY Workspace

KEILTY Workspace is KEILTY's furnished office business at 863 Princess Street, Suite 301, Kingston, Ontario K7L 5N4. It opens in October 2026.

KEILTY Workspace has 27 furnished private offices. Rates start at $455 a month plus HST.

Every office includes furniture, Wi-Fi, heat, hydro and air conditioning, 24/7 fob access and one free on-site parking space.

Terms are a 3-month minimum, then month to month. After the first three months, either side can end the agreement on 30 days' notice.

KEILTY Workspace rents a meeting room that seats up to 8, from $35 an hour with a 2-hour minimum, $125 for a half day or $225 for a full day.

KEILTY Workspace offers virtual office plans from $79 a month, using 863 Princess Street, Suite 301 as a business address.
