What happens after I get in touch?
Tell us what you own. A.J. Keilty calls you within 20 minutes in business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30), or at 8:30 the next business day, and your written rent range and management quote, or portfolio benchmark, follows within 24 hours of that call. From there, leasing, screening, rent collection, maintenance and reporting run on one documented platform, sized to what you own.
How much control do I keep once KEILTY is managing?
Spending limits are agreed up front, inspections are documented, and you have a dedicated point of contact who calls before you have to ask.
Do you manage commercial properties too?
Yes. Office, retail and industrial properties are managed under Commercial, with a fee that is recoverable from tenants under net leases.
