Paint, flooring, cleaning, punch lists. Fast, clean, and documented between residents.

HVAC

Seasonal servicing, repairs, replacements, and emergency calls, winter and summer.

Plumbing & electrical

Licensed trades for repairs, fixture replacement, water heaters, and panel work.

Grounds & snow

Landscaping, lawn care, and reliable snow and ice management, non-negotiable in Ontario.

Specialty trades

Roofing, fencing, concrete, masonry, windows, and larger capital projects.
