We send one introduction, with your name on itCanada's anti-spam law allows one introduction message to someone you refer, as long as it names you and they can say no. That is exactly what we send. If they reply, or you have told them to expect us, A.J. Keilty calls them personally.
They get the same treatment you didA call within 20 minutes in business hours, a written rent estimate within 24 hours, published pricing, and no pressure. They decide.
They sign, you are creditedOnce their first month of management is billed, one month of your Full Service management fee is credited on your next statement. You see it on the ledger like any other line.

What you receive

One month of the Full Service management fee on one of your properties with us, credited on your next owner statement after the owner you referred has been billed for their first month.

Who counts

Any owner who is new to KEILTY and signs a Full Service management agreement for a house, a condo, a student rental or a building. A Lease-Up Mandate on its own does not qualify, but if it becomes Full Service later, the credit follows.

No cap, no expiry

Refer three owners in a year and three months are credited. The credit is applied to fees, not paid out in cash, and it cannot exceed the fees on your statement in the month it is applied; any balance carries to the next one.

Who can refer an owner?

Any current KEILTY owner client. If you are not a client and want to send someone our way, use the referral partners page or simply email ClientCare@KEILTY.com; we will still thank you properly.

What counts as a successful referral?

An owner who is new to KEILTY, signs a Full Service management agreement for a house, condo, student rental or building, and is billed for their first month of management. A Lease-Up Mandate alone does not qualify, but if it converts to Full Service the credit follows.

How much is the credit and when do I see it?

One month of the Full Service management fee on one of your properties with us, credited on the first owner statement after the referred owner's first month is billed. It appears as a line on your ledger.

Can I refer more than one owner?

Yes, with no cap. Each successful referral earns a separate month's credit. Credits are applied to fees rather than paid in cash, and any balance beyond one month's fees carries to the next statement.

Will you spam the person I refer?

No. Canada's anti-spam law permits one introduction message to someone you refer, naming you, and that is all we send unless they reply. If you have told them to expect us, A.J. Keilty calls them directly.

Can a resident refer an owner?

Residents are welcome to; email ClientCare@KEILTY.com. The statement credit is for owner clients, but we will find a proper way to say thank you.
