Why we are sharing it

KEILTY has managed rental housing in Eastern Ontario since 2003. Every lease we sign feeds a pricing model we built for our owners, and it turns out the model is more useful the more people price from it. Well-priced buildings lease faster, hold better residents and make for a healthier market for everyone, including us.

So this is an invitation, not a campaign. The list is small on purpose and it is free because we would rather know you than sell to you.
