Before you send

I understand a deposit equal to one month's fee plus HST is due on signing and is applied to the final month of the term. I understand the deposit and monthly fees are paid by credit card through a KEILTY invoice link, and the monthly fee is charged automatically to the card on file on the first of each month. I understand this is a Service Agreement with KEILTY Realty Management Inc. for a business address and mail service, not a lease, and that KEILTY may ask for government photo identification of the signatory before activating the service. I am authorized to share this information on behalf of the company, and KEILTY may contact us about this request, as described in the privacy policy.

Your agreement becomes binding only once both parties sign. The monthly fee increases by 3% on each anniversary of the start date.
