Am I obligated to sign up for management afterwards?
No. There is no obligation and no pressure. Keep the evaluation and self-manage, or let us handle everything. Either way, the evaluation is yours to keep.
What information do I need to have ready?
Your name, email and mobile number, the property city and address, the type of property you own, and its current status (vacant now, resident in place, you live in it, or closing soon). There is also an optional notes field for timing, condition or questions about fees.
